A flat rate of 3 SGD applies to all orders placed in Singapore.

All international orders are subject to a fixed cost of 15 SGD.

*Please note that all taxes, customs and import duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

We currently ship to:

Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, Vietnam.

For orders from South Korea, please provide your Korean Customs ID Number (PCCC) in the shipping notes.

Orders placed in Singapore are typically delivered within 2-3 business days after being packed.

For international orders, kindly allow 7-30 business days after order has been packed to be delivered. This varies depending on your location.

In light of COVID-19, deliveries may take longer than usual to arrive. Do send us a note at thoughts@beforeyousleep.co to double-check your order status.

Yes! We will provide you with a tracking number for your order.

Of course! Simply drop us an email at thoughts@beforeyousleep.co within 1 working day of making your purchase. There will be no changes to the mailing address outside the timeframe.

Currently, all items sold are marked as final and are not eligible for returns and/or refunds unless there are manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at thoughts@beforeyousleep.co with your order ID and a photo of proof, and ensure that the item is still in its original condition.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer.

Unfortunately, we currently do not accept return or exchange of items unless there are manufacturing defects.
